INGREDIENTS
500g frozen sour cherries (pitted)
2 medium ripe bananas
120g dark chocolate drops
0.5 dcl cherry liqueur (or acai juice)
PREPARATION
- Peel a banana, cut it into slices, place it on a plate and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- Put the cherries in a food processor (some can be saved for garnish) together with the banana, liqueur and grind into a cream. Then add the chocolate drops and mix again quickly so that the drops do not break apart.
- Divide evenly into six cups and garnish each sorbet with one cherry on top.
NOTES
– For a harder structure, the sorbet can be placed in a pre-chilled container after mixing and placed in the freezer for about an hour.
