INGREDIENTS 

500g frozen sour cherries (pitted)

2 medium ripe bananas

120g dark chocolate drops

0.5 dcl cherry liqueur (or acai juice)

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Peel a banana, cut it into slices, place it on a plate and put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  1. Put the cherries in a food processor (some can be saved for garnish) together with the banana, liqueur and grind into a cream. Then add the chocolate drops and mix again quickly so that the drops do not break apart.
  1. Divide evenly into six cups and garnish each sorbet with one cherry on top.

 

NOTES

– For a harder structure, the sorbet can be placed in a pre-chilled container after mixing and placed in the freezer for about an hour.
