INGREDIENTS
7 dcl almond milk
100g soft dry figs
40g unroasted cashew nuts
30g ground poppy seeds
30g chia seeds
20g whey protein powder (unflavored)
ground Ceylon cinnamon
PREPARATION
- Put the cashews, sliced figs and half of the milk into a standing blender. Leave everything to soak for at least 1 hour.
- Mix the soaked mixture well with a blender into a paste. Add the rest of the milk and mix again, then pour into a small pot. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, whey protein and poppy seeds. Bring the fig mixture in the pot to a boil. In the meantime keep adding the mixture from the bowl to it while stirring constantly.
- When it starts boiling, set aside and leave for 5 minutes to cool and thicken slightly in the uncovered pot. Then pour it into two deep plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
