INGREDIENTS

7 dcl almond milk

100g soft dry figs

40g unroasted cashew nuts

30g ground poppy seeds

30g chia seeds

20g whey protein powder (unflavored)

ground Ceylon cinnamon

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Put the cashews, sliced figs and half of the milk into a standing blender. Leave everything to soak for at least 1 hour.
  1. Mix the soaked mixture well with a blender into a paste. Add the rest of the milk and mix again, then pour into a small pot. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds, whey protein and poppy seeds. Bring the fig mixture in the pot to a boil. In the meantime keep adding the mixture from the bowl to it while stirring constantly.
  1. When it starts boiling, set aside and leave for 5 minutes to cool and thicken slightly in the uncovered pot. Then pour it into two deep plates, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
