INGREDIENTS

300g fresh, ripe strawberries (washed and the green part removed)

50g good-quality honey (or 75g erythritol)

40g chia seeds

 

PREPARATION

  1. Place the strawberries together with the sweetener in a blender and mix well. Add the chia seeds and mix again quickly. Place the jam in an airtight jar and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.

 

NOTES

– Instead of strawberries, you can also use other fruits to prepare the jam (like raspberries, cherries, apricots …). You adjust the amount of sweetener according to the sweetness of the fruit you use. 

– If you do not have fresh seasonal fruit available, you can also use frozen fruit that has been thawed beforehand.
