INGREDIENTS
100g peanut butter (100%)
50g golden raisins
100g blanched sliced almonds
1 level teaspoon ground Ceylon cinnamon
30g good quality honey (optional)
PREPARATION
- Weigh the peanut butter and sweetener into a mixing bowl and mix them with a spoon.
- Coarsely grind the almonds in a small food processor and add them together with the cinnamon to the butter mixture. Add raisins and knead everything well by hand into a ball. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Form balls (20g per ball) from a slightly hardened mixture, and serve them. Or place them in an airtight container and put them back in the refrigerator for later.
NOTES
– The balls can also be (individually) wrapped in aluminum foil if you want to take them with you or give them to someone.
– In case you use unsalted peanut butter, add a pinch of salt.
