INGREDIENTS
2 larger or 3 smaller ripe bananas
60g cocoa powder (100%)
60g extra virgin coconut oil
shredded coconut (optional)
wooden sticks or toothpicks
PREPARATION
- Peel the bananas, cut off 1 cm ends on all the bananas and cut them into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Place the slices on a wooden board with a baking paper and put a wooden stick or a toothpick in the middle of each piece. Then put them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
- After two hours, put coconut oil and cocoa in a small cooking pot, heat them slightly and stir well. Take the bananas out of the freezer. Dip each into the cocoa mixture, sprinkle with coconut if desired and place back on baking paper.
- When we have finished with all the bananas, serve them immediately on a plate or put them back in the freezer for later.
