INGREDIENTS 

500g ricotta cheese

300g blueberries

3 heaped tablespoons chia seeds

60g ground erythritol (or 40g good quality honey)

 

PREPARATIONS 

  1. Wash the blueberries and set some aside for garnish. Put the remaining blueberries and ricotta in a large food processor. Mix, add chia seeds, sweetener and mix well into a cream. If necessary, scrape with a spoon everything on the walls of the processor back into the cream and mix again.
  1. Distribute the creme evenly in four glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the creme to harden.
  1. Garnish with blueberries before serving.

 

NOTES

– If you’re using frozen blueberries, defrost them first.
