INGREDIENTS
500g ricotta cheese
300g blueberries
3 heaped tablespoons chia seeds
60g ground erythritol (or 40g good quality honey)
PREPARATIONS
- Wash the blueberries and set some aside for garnish. Put the remaining blueberries and ricotta in a large food processor. Mix, add chia seeds, sweetener and mix well into a cream. If necessary, scrape with a spoon everything on the walls of the processor back into the cream and mix again.
- Distribute the creme evenly in four glasses and place them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for the creme to harden.
- Garnish with blueberries before serving.
NOTES
– If you’re using frozen blueberries, defrost them first.
