INGREDIENTS
2 grapefruits
1 lemon
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of ground ginger
20g good-quality honey (or 30g erythritol)
5 dcl cold mineral sparkling water
ice cubes
PREPARATION
- Cut the grapefruits and lemon in half, squeeze and strain the juice through a strainer into a larger jug (about 4.5 dcl). Add ginger, salt and sweetener and mix well. Slowly add sparkling water (in a ratio of 1:1) so that it does not foam and mix gently.
- Put a few ice cubes in each glass and pour lemonade over them. If desired, you can add straws and garnish with slices of grapefruit or lemon.
