INGREDIENTS 

1 medium-size ripe banana

20g whey protein powder (unflavored)

1 heaped teaspoon almond butter

2 dcl almond milk (cold)

a few ice cubes

 

PREPARATION

  1. Peel a banana, cut it into pieces, put it in a blender together with the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a glass with a thick straw and serve.

 

NOTES

– For a more creamy mixture, the banana chunks can be placed in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
