INGREDIENTS 

1 large ripe avocado

1.5 dcl whole milk

4 level teaspoons ground matcha tea

50g good-quality honey (or 75g ground erythritol)

 

PREPARATION 

  1. Peel an avocado, pit it, place it in a narrow bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well with an immersion blender.
  1. Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  1. When the popsicles are frozen, take them out of the mold and serve.

 

NOTES

– For a richer version of the recipe, dip half or whole frozen popsicles in a melted dark chocolate just before serving.
